Lockmart USA is a customer service oriented company striving to deliver the very best product, price, and service. Please review our company's terms and conditions prior to completing your order.

Every effort has been made to provide you with the most accurate information on the products and price offered on our site. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lockmart USA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lockmart USA shall issue a credit to your credit card account.

Returns and Cancellations

Lockmart USA will help you navigate your visit to a broad array of products manufactured by brand name manufacturers. When you are ready to order, you will know that you will be receiving the highest quality products. All goods leave the manufacturer in perfect condition. They are all known for their strict quality control programs. As a result, all sales are final and not subject to return or cancellation once an order has been placed. All products prepared for shipping are carefully checked to assure that there are no defects. However, should a product prove to be defective due to the manufacturer's actions, we will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warrantee period. Please send us an e-Mail found on our contact page for a return authorization number, and also briefly describe the reasons for your requested return. You must receive an RGA # before you return any goods to us and make sure that the RGA# appears on your return packing label. The product must be in original factory condition and returned in its original packaging. The package must include all accessories, packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and returned in the box in which it was originally shipped to be considered for credit or exchange. Our strict adherence to this policy enables us to offer you these brand name products at the lowest prices.

Shipping

Lockmart USA guarantees you the most efficient and quickest delivery in accordance with the shipping policies of our participating manufacturers. Our manufacturers use common carriers and makes every effort to fulfill your order in the most efficient manner. Lockmart USA shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense of any kind resulting from delay in delivery. All our shipping offers apply only to the continental United States of America and not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Damage: Occasionally a product is damaged in shipping. Your shipment is insured for its full value. By refusing the shipment or signing for it as "damaged" the carrier is required to pay for the damage. Unfortunately, most customers are not aware of these rules and simply sign for the shipment "as is". This relieves the carrier from responsibility and leaves you with a worthless shipment. Sometimes the damage can be resolved, most times it can not.

Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at Lockmart USA, except for deliveries within New York State. Deliveries in the State of New York are charged 8.875% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout. Otherwise each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales tax or other tax on orders shipped to any other state.
